I would like to bring it up because many of us gamers want to play to other servers that will give us a good ping rather staying at Kla/Orsh that gives us a high latency of ping. Most of us just recently started playing and we believe that the early level and items are not so important to us rather the items that which we purchase at steam is more valuable than the early in game items. We would like to request a reset for our founder’s pack item so that we can start to a new server even though we go back from being level 1. It will be a blessing for us to play the game with a low latency of ping rather a very high one that will cause our game to crash often.
