In order to level up growth not so sure about exploration I’m guessing you need to level up Monster / Item / Crafting / Life / Dungeons, per character in team but since the ranks reset every month technically you can just level up those categories every month without the use of switching characters in team, right?
Or…IDK. Right? No? Yes? BURRRR!?
