im going to reset and i need to know if my new build is good so i’ll be Focusing the new ice blast to do damage and stuff
so i have 2 options one with wizz c3 and another without wizz c3
cryoc3>rune>link c2>sage
and
wizzc3>cryo c3>rune>sage
both cryo run: ice pike 15, ice wall 15, ice blast 5, snow rolling 5 and frost pillar 5
my question is do i need psyc?, which build is better?
