Check if any equipment is locked. If there is any, unlock it first.

unlock the costumes if you have them locked or take them out of storage…
You cannot reset if you are in a party.
Quit party.

What everyone said is correct. Check if you have any equipment or class costumes locked (this might also include removing any class costumes that might be in your warehouse).
And don’t be in a party.
I ranked down my Inquisitor at rank 9 to make an Exorcist c1, got the rank reset voucher (1 day) from new class reset helper npc anf can’t use it.
I tried all the stuff listened above and still get the “No Itens Equipped” restriction. Can someone help me?
You should unequip everything. Eg, Hair costumes, armors, accessories, weapon, shield, wings, special effects, helmet.
I tried everything already, also receive another rank reset voucher (30 days) from my lodge msg and now I have 2 rank resets I can’t use
