So I’m playing again after a few months of break from ToS and now i just found out that Resets have been out.

Can anyone give me a quick guide with these resets?
These Resets include Skills, Stats and Ranks (from Reading the NEWS)
If i was reading correctly they are given out by a quest NPC?
Ranks Reset, How does it work?

wait until the next announcement as early as summer. Everything is still on ktest right now. Those resets hasnt been released yet
