I already pass LV 46 but there is no sign of a quest or something that gives free reset. Some players told me that I should save some LV 3 xp card for the reset and somehow I kind a need this reset that they try to tell me. Need help from pls. 
what they mean is the exp needed to lv 47 will be reset to minimum again hence the name is exp reset

no, your char lv exp. class exp reset always reset at lv 15/when you advance to next rank job
They mean EXP Curve “reset”.
