Requesting Build Feedback - Chaplain > Oracle

So I really want to play an Oracle due to its very unique skillset. I understand it’s not the most viable Cleric job path, but it seems very interesting, with some nice utility. That said, even though it may not be the best option, I still want to optimise it to the best of my ability. Ideally, I want to be more support-oriented while still being able to decently solo PvE on my own time. I don’t really have much interest in PvP though.

I’ve been searching for builds, and a good number go with the Paladin or Dievsdirbys route. However, I’m not much of a fan of the Dievsdirbys aesthetically, and I felt like the Priest’s buffs would be of greater utility. Therefore, I created the following build:

Cleric > Priest3 > Chaplain > Cleric2 > Oracle

If possible, I’d like some feedback on this build? Did I do anything horribly wrong? And what stat distribution should I use? I was thinking heavy Int with a bit of Con, am I wrong?

Yes, in my opinion this is a pretty solid build if you want to play with Oracle. The only problem is that is full of buff, over the limit. You will always depend on daino scrolls, wich is bad. so my sugestion for you is to change rank 7 for krivis, or even take ir earlier as zaibas can help up early game, unless daino scrolls are really cheap or something…

I want my r7 to be Oracle, so if I were to switch out something for Krivis, it would probably be Cleric 2… But losing the Heal 10 seems like it might be bad :confused: Is it worth the tradeoff?

Plan ur buffs well. Talk to ur party members, ask them what they want. When u reach higher levels i do believe you or someone in your team would be able to afford daino scrolls easily :slight_smile:

anyone who said that about oracle are silly because the utility is the fact better loot and if you get better loot it means you can get better gear thus making you more desirable to have in a group to begin with because who doesn’t want better chance for loot.

Sorry, i was talking about rank 6.
LVL 10 heal is great, but i dont think is worth it if it means that you’ll have to depend on daino scrolls all the time. And you’ll have mass heal so…

most clarics only really ever need lv 5 heals lol
