Bug Description :
This is not a BUG, but a gameplay report on “Increase to raise TP spending limit” requested by IMC for Players to submit once they have received in-game that they have reached a TP spending limit.
@Staff , please could you check on this and get back to me? I had just sent another support ticket requesting an explanation from ToS / IMC and also provided by reasons and supporting facts.
This below extract of the reply in bold & italics is copied and pasted for information.
" We would like to inform you that according to your Steam purchase data, we will be unable to remove the monthly spending limit on your account.

I do not see how my Steam Purchase Data has anything to do with TP Spending Limit. I have clocked over 1197 Hours for ToS since 2016 after OBT. My account has been created in 2016. You may wish to have further detail checks with Steam to verify. Otherwise, I could send you screenshot of these facts over via support tickets.
There is this Goddess Blessed Cube Event on-going for a definitive duration, aka a limited time period for players to purchase these cubes for a chance / 10+1 chances of obtaining items. So you would understand why I had made 2 purchases of TP bundles off of Steam.
I do not see myself in future to send another ticket 30 days after my latest purchase in Steam when in fact I had already made 2 purchases Back-to-Back on 10 Sept 2017. Please see my support ticket for more detail information.
I would really appreciate if @staff could assist in this and remove this TP Spending Limit restriction from my account.
