I have been filling ticket for a week but there was no any of my request been answered by service yet, I need a reply as soon possible, please!!!

It isn’t even 3 weeks before you can apply for a server transfer.
"We will be offering 1-time Team transfers to those who purchased Founder’s Server : Exclusive Access.
Only 1 Team transfer per Steam account will be allowed regardless of the number of products purchased.
We will be taking requests from those who would like to make a Team transfer once new worlds open. The transfers will happen approximately 3 weeks after the new worlds are created in order to ensure that some of the head-start effects brought by older players are reduced."
I myself will be applying since my friends are in varena. We should wait first. If they don’t let me transfer then i might just quit the game.
I saw a thread that we cant transfer thus making my butt burning in my seat. I really wanted to have solid information on this one.
We might be saying goodbye to our TP, costumes, and STAT RESET which is very valuable. Although it is a bit ok, i need to know beforehand to that I could move earlier and catch up with my friends.
If this is the case then might as well quit for me. I don’t really understand why i would stick in a bad game without my friends. Only the hope that i can play with my friends is my only driving force in continuing this game. Might as well quit if they would not stick with what they initially announced.
I will still wait for 1 week since after this week, i will try to request. They should stick to what they originally announced in the forums their announcement.
