Currently I believe only x4 and x8 tome effects are paused while in town.
I would like to request that x1 tomes, goddess blessing, and blessed sprout buffs, and any other effect not listed but which increases EXP gain - be paused while in town as well.
Coordinating CM groups, keeping up all the buffs, and doing typical day-to-day stuff in town is kind of a nightmare when you are trying to juggle all of it at once.
