This is a post to report ToS Support Team for being helpless. Gamers, Members of Support Team, Admins of the ToS and etc… please have a look of below images… Those images tell what is exactly going on.
If you are lazy to read below images about the conversation between me and the ToS Support Team. I would like to summarize the whole thing for you.
I bought early access pack 3. Inside the access pack, I should have 160TP. Unfortunately, I cant claim them. Of course, I know how to claim them. I just cant. The system is not giving me the 160TP. Anyway, after I approached the problem, I requested for helps from IMC by submitting support tickets several times but they only reply me and say the same thing. So far, i Been playing the game for about a month. F2p is coming soon and they havent do nothing. I cant believe that I been playing the game as an early f2p player. I think it is ridiculous. So, now request for proper money refund or reasonable compensations.
I decided to post this. I want to see what will IMC do to me. Compensate? Ban? or something else? I dont know. Readers please be my weakness. =)
