I really try to do my part in helping with the bot issue and try to be as accurate as possible. I do however feel the report bot feature can be improved on and I hope IMC takes some of my recommendations into consideration.
First, when you report a bot it should automatically add them to your block list. This would be a nice QoL feature that will prevent said bot from spamming you down the road until they are banned by IMC.
Second, allow players to report gold spammer bots on any chat channel(global,say, whisper, etc…) using the right click feature on chat. I think this would help even further the cause on fighting against the bot army.
Finally, allow players to block and/or ban bots from chat while we are in instance dungeons(mission or regular). I get weird messages when trying to block gold spammers in instance dungeons. If suggestion 2 is considered make sure it functions as well in instance dungeons.
I appreciate the efforts IMC is making toward fighting bots and allowing us the player base to take an active stance on said bots. I just hope IMC makes further changes for the purpose of improving game and QoL.
