can anyone help me with this? i cant seems to find the npc for this quest its empty as you can see from the picture

Weird, I just finished this quest a few hours ago with no hitch. Have you checked if there are any pre-requisite quests you might have missed?
If you use Better Quest addon, it’ll be easier to track all quests per map so you don’t miss anything (except gimmick quests).

i think not everyone get this problem as you can see quite a number have them
Also affected by this bug, wrote a ticket and received response quite fast.
Dev team are aware of bug, working on it. So we need to wait.
