3 a day? this is actually an indicator u dont know how to tank, durability is stupid? yes, but even in a full day playing I never have donde that, u need to stop being a meatball (and still, 35k is more than farmable)
tank in this game is limited to get and mantain the aggro of the mob, I should add get the mob on the aoe zones (that means locked in one location), every time I play with my non swordies is so frutrating every char just run around moving the mob to every ■■■■■■■ place (and even putting u in the face while u cast something, not intnecionally, ofc), if u think thats “tanking” u’re wrong (and I know, works for some classes, archers mainly, is not a team gameplay though, and is not the fastest, wich is the idea with a tank)
I have to say also, this happen with almost every class in the game, it looks like people is obsessed with the dps rank at bosses, like “I have to be 1, even if I can do more damage or making u deal less damage”, and that stupid in a game u should look for the fastest way to clear everything, the most clear example here should be pvp (taking aside unbalances and all related problems), in where almost everyone just play the same style and doesn’t care how u can use your team mates as advantage (wich leads to frustration and 200threads about complainning of almost every skill that can kill u)
Aside from that, its true in some contents, like some earth tower floors, there’s no need of a tank, and some jobs like linker, or even paladin (or another high dps) can be a better option, but because theres no need to tank, just to kill asap
in mission if there are no swordman, or is a bad swordman ofc an ele/archer/whatever will deal more damage (because thats their job) and ofc they’ll have the aggro
