This area most of the time never shows anything important. Topics that are bumped tend to be just for chitchatting or having a random discussion. Or more recently, suffering from necro bumpers, reviving months old threads.
Use it to highlight content like guides, information topics, pinned messages, etc. But the current use is totally contraproductive.
