I notice in tosbase’s Skill Simulator, skill point does not carry over from rank between R1~R2 and R3~R4. Does this mean that remaining skill point from previous rank cannot be used in next rank (Rank 2 & Rank 4)?
You can only put lower rank skill points if you rank up to the same class ie. Swordsman circle 1 > swordsman circle 2. Doesnt work for swordsman circle 1 > peltasta/highlander.
