You can’t talk with Goddess Saule because the cage still remain after defeating the boss?
Just move your toon inside the cage to the north corner. Set your cursor just above the goddess then jump constantly. You’ll see a cursor bubble. Press your interact with NPC key constantly too until you catch the bubble. The dialog window will appear.
