Regarding the transfer of account you said that we need to wait 3 weeks before it is process. But the game just recently started yesterday. I am one of those who que yesterday for the game. I have used my founder’s pack 1 because i will need it for my pet to level up on my path to dragoon.
My suggestion is if you can just roll back or clean the accounts(back to zero) who wants to transfer to other servers who already use the pack. Leaving the compensation and the pack in the character selection screen. The game just started for merely 2 days. For us waiting for 3 weeks will be hurtful.
