I bought all the founder pack 1 - 3 , so i will receive 1x 60 days token and 1x 30 days token . if i retreive all the items from the gm mail when the game start , iszit considered the token been used?
and for early pack 1 and 2 there is a hair accessories duplication that is given. so what do i do with the extra hair accessories?

In order for the token to be used, you must activate it manually from your inventory tab in-game. Simply receiving the item from the gm mail will not count it as being used. For the hair accessories, you may do as you wish with the duplicates.

No, Token is a consumable item that will be putted into your character inventory.
Nothing 
You just get 2 same hair accessories. Maybe sell it if they are tradable.
