you can buy 1 point for 1k silver, so it’s 500 points (500k silver) for enhance any skill

Your attribute points aren’t class bound. They are for any of your skills/classes.
It doesn’t matter if you get it on your rank 8 Sage, if you want to you’ll be able to use the points on your R1-R7 classes and skills as well.
