On the server transfer criteria it says I need to claim all my items. But on my dlc pack it says I have to claim it on the server I intend to play, so what do I do here?
I think they stated the items transfer with you in one of the main server transfer announcements/plans earlier in the month.
You need to claim your items now and have them in your characters inventory otherwise you won’t be eligible for a transfer.
Certainly does, but if you don’t do it you can’t transfer there’s no downside of doing it now anyways you don’t have to use the items from it just hold them in your inventory, ideally put them on a character your going to play though.
I think it means items in the market, available for retrieval. If you don’t pick them up you lose them.
Mail is universal, won’t disappear even if you create a new team in another server.
The DLC description is outdated. As you are probably aware the Transfer-specifics were given recently. Now how old are the DLC in comparison?
The most recent statement is what u can take for granted.
And they have stated clearly that only items in your inventory and stash etc gets transferred not items in your cabinet(the space where dlc and compensation-items appear).
Furthermore u cannot even transfer if u havent claimed the items from your cabinet as they have stated as well, as you are not eligable for a transfer if your cabinet is still holding items.

Anyone knows what this time means? Are we not allowed to play anymore as soon we sent the request or after 1 week when the actual transfers start?
