Regarding about Bot Reporting Reward

I have been actively reporting bots in Tenet Church 1F since I hunt Galoks for their Battle Bracelet. I haven’t claimed the reward yet since I’m undecided weather I should claim it using a different character (because team storage is just 1 slot and I don’t want to hassle myself with transferring it 1 by 1).

So yeah, if there is any way we could retrieve and get back the compensation for us reporting bots?

Due to a recent lapse in our Bot Classifier, a number of players were mistakenly deemed bot users and had their accounts blocked as a result.

Some of Players mistakenly received due to my mistake and we retrieved all of items without them So sorry for inconvenience of this issue.

Hello @StarsOfDestiny we only give the compensation for those player who reported as wrongfully banned and accused as a bot player we apologized for the confusion with regards to this compensation. Kindly visit the announcement for more details. :slight_smile:
