Well I already saw a lot of topics regarding tickets to increase TP not being answered so I’m making one to see if it speed up the process.
Already made de request, of course.
They do get answered, but the process takes time…
I think the staff should compete to see who removes the restriction faster @STAFF_Letitia VS @STAFF_Yuri
I have been playing this game since it was created < ok not that long 
but even I have a 300 TP restriction 
luckily so far I only spend the 5 free TP on the shop 
Well its “in process” now so maybe it worked(?)
I just wanted to buy a new hairstyle but yeah, I don’t know if the process itself is easy and/or fast

I am having this same issue. Has your issue been resolved? What should I do? I don’t even know how to submit a ticket as a Steam user.
