OMG, IMC told me it can not refund! I can not understand.
First, I can not understand why it is unrefundable, if the DLC give the items which it shows, ofcourse, i understand why it is unrefundable.
But I can not receive the items from the DLC, so this product is not meet my need, the DLC product is failure. In this case, I still can not apply the refund?
Let me speak my case again, I purchase Founder’s Server : Exclusive Access 1, Founder’s Server : Exclusive Access 2, Founder’s Server : Exclusive Access 3 for this game. And I do receive all items from these DLC. SO I will not refund these DLCs.
Maybe my englsih is not good, but can any customer service staff really read my question with respect? The staff just simply told me it can not be refund with few words only!
When I try to buy Founder’s Server : Exclusive Access 1 again, I found it can be only buy one times, so I delete Founder’s Server : Exclusive Access 1 in my steam with my account management, causeI think I can buy and receive the items again in game.
But I found I can not receive the items from the second Founder’s Server : Exclusive Access 1, so the product which I brought it does not give any items I paid for, in this case, I paid for nothing!!! Why I can not get this refund, unbelieveable
