Is there any safe way to enhance a weapon up to +11 without any damage/breaking?
Unfortunately, no. Imc has a fetish for RNG.
In my opinion its better to farm silver, and buy a weapon with the + lvl you want.

Well people told me that in-game but the real problem is that I made the weapon myself: farmed the f**king planiums, blessed shards to turn into blessed gems, bought the things to awake it and at the end … You got my point I believe. It turns me off some things about this game … OMG >____<"

I upgraded 50 weapons in a row a few months ago. Best one got to +12.
Been playing this game since release day, and only managed to make 3 weapons reach +16(a lvl315 spear, a lvl315 shield, and a lvl315 event xbow. And keep in mind these were when the level cap was 360-390 lol)
The whole anvil system is the worst part of the game imo, but Imc makes way too much money from it, and their hard-on for RNG doesnt let they change it, even though most, if not all players want it reworked.
Its bad enough to the point I no longer use any anvils, only buy anviled stuff from lucky players who can make them.
In fact there is a complete safe way: just open all your sockets and use regular anvils until pot drops to 0 then use Golden Anvils. The only difficulty is having enough of them to get to the point where you get a success streak up to +11, which could take a while to happen. However, it seems that the drop rate of GAs has been increased recently, as I found a couple in a few mins while farming in Irredian yesterday (but those are char bound unfortunately).
Never invest in the weapon until you know how its upgrade level is going to turn out. Once it hits 0 pot you can use goldens, but there are some weapons I have dumped 100+ goldens into and it never got past +8. You have to know when to cut your losses.
