If non-paying users cannot get them in game, this is going to be considered a “pay to win” feature and will be looked down upon.

They can, dungeon bosses drop them.
With lack of trade functionality, doing anything in a party is problematic, especially considering if items drop you can’t use, you can’t give them to your friends/allies, so there isn’t much incentive to even do dungeons.
Also, you’re limited two, what was it, 1, or maybe 2 dungeon runs? And what are the drop rates of these scrolls? Guaranteed? 0.001%? If its not realistically obtainable, the problem still stands that its pay to win since its sounds rather unlikely you’ll get one…

Just because you refuse to actively try to obtain them does not mean they are not obtainable in other ways.
If the drops are at a nonexistant rate and the players are limited as getting entry, its as good as pay to win.
Im not saying the drop rate couldn’t use a boost what i am saying is you are making false statements that are simply wrong when you say free users cannot obtain them.

If new players don’t have basic reading skills, they deserve to be confused by the things they try to read, such as yourself.
If they read a lie, they can’t tell its a lie if they don’t have previous knowledge of the game. Any flagged your post as spam a long time ago as we have many threads that discuss this topic properly already. They explain where to get these for free, discuss drop rate ,etc etc.
