Redeemed DLC pack in team lodge but did not get item in game Founder Package

I had tried submit tickets through official way but IMC had been ignoring and non reply to my tickets, thats why i hope that the staff here will help me to bring attention to this ticket, the file had been lodge since early of July and it is stil unresolved till now.

Despite of being able to claim for the newly launched package, i am still unable to received the DLC founder package which i previously complaint since early of july. I hope that this matter will be look into seriously. it had been prolonged since the issue been found.

I am refering to the previous bug which caused me unable to claim DLC after selection of character to be given to. The previous ticket which sent in for your further action which dated as below:

1st Ticket - 7/12/2016 - Unable to Claim DLC

2nd ticket - 7/12/2016 - Unable to Claim DLC

3rd ticket - 7/14/2016 - Unable to Claim DLC - 3rd ticket,

4th ticket - 7/21/2016 - Unable to Claim DLC - 4th ticket,

5th ticket - 7/29/2016 - Unable to Claim DLC - 5th ticket,

6th ticket - 8/11/2016 - Unable to Claim DLC - 6th ticket (No feedback received from IMC)

7th ticket - 8/17/2016 - Unable to Claim DLC - 7th ticket (No feedback received from IMC)

Thank you IMC for replying the ticket at last, ticket had been sent as requested to clarify, yes the bug still persist, except now the founder package had gone without a trace. Package from DLC Founder package which unable to be claimed as complaint before, and the founder package had gone without a trace(After server patch on 17 August recently) below:
