Blue is better for magic class

Blue gem offers more stable increase to reach mob magic defence threshold.
Red is more random increase.
Just use blue to be safe.

Full SPR, you must have strong spirit to control dark spirit (a.k.a DT).

Full INT is fine, good for boosting damage. Please be careful, have a good party, and you will be able to clear content.
