[ Recurrent Issues List] Where is the staff?

It’s not a localisation Issue. The skills aren’t fully described even in Korean.

There is staff in every MMO company whom work is to be active within the community and act as community managers. One of their main tasks is to be active on the forums and respond to player feedback. In the first week, Julie was really active on the forums but somehow this hasn’t been the case in the following weeks ( Due to Issues with bots & Servers ?).
When community managers are almost non-existent apart from the weekly announcements, the community simply dies.

Also, you’re talking as if the same people who work on the game enhancements and development are the ones who communicate with the community which is not the case. That means that even if IMCs programming and sales/marketing team is really busy, the community managers can still intervene on the forums.

It also amazes me how self centered you can be when you think your shitty ideas/suggestions can be healthy for the game. There are a lot of things that need to be worked on(market,drop tables,queuing up as a party for dungeons, sandbox server so people can try everything) but a circle reset isnt a QoL, its a major change.
