Recreating Character with the same name bugs Exploration Achievement

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot) Deleted a character and created the same character with the same name. New character retains exploration achievements, but achievement menu shows that they haven’t, and cannot obtain achievement rewards.

Also, this had occurred before as I’ve done this a second time, and it had resolved itself, however, I do not know how it fixed itself.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Create a character with a name
  2. Explore West Suailiai
  3. Delete character
  4. Create character with the same name
  5. Look at achievement map menu in comparison to the map

I think I found out what fixes it. I believe restarting the client fixed it where I did not log off or quit the client when recreating the character.
