Recover the Karolis Altar Quest bugged and disappeared from sidebar

Bug Description: The “Recover the Karolis Altar (3)” Quest has disappeared from the side bar > and no matter how many times I check/uncheck it from the Quests tab it cannot be completed.
No matter how many times I click on the Altar, it never works, already trying switching the control from Mouse to Keyboard, restarting the game/computer and verifying the integrity of game files on Steam, nothing worked.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1) Start the “Recover the Karolis Altar” quest.
2) Find the Karolis Altar Crystal using the Guiding Owl’s Will
3) Get 10 monster fragments using the Karolis Altar Crystal
4) QUEST DISAPPEARED FROM SIDEBAR and CANNOT BE COMPLETED: (Restore the altar on the remains of the altar.)

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse): Already tried ALL available controls, none of them helped solving the issue.

Still bugged… I’ve opened a Support Ticket and they told me to “post my inquiry on the forums”, well, here it is!
Anyone who had this issue in the past managed to solve it?
Could someone from the Staff help me?

The issue is gone! The quest suddenly appeared on my Side Bar again and could be completed normally then.
If anyone did anything, thanks I guess!
