Recording button/Steam screenshot button

In Tree of Savior F12 starts recording which is extremely inconvenient considering that is also the button for steam screenshots.

I’d suggest moving the default recording button to something else since F12 has been the screenshot button on steam for a long time.

bump, also where to find the recordings? i want to delete those accidental recordings iykwim

i have so many accidental ones, when I exist the game I get a pop up window with them and I can delete them at least

WHAT? you lost me at when exist the game… /20charlimit

He is just confusing the steam’s screenshot pop up window for the recorded videos. Since the screenshots were made the same time, they might look like they are those video files. There’s no pop up for the videos.

They are located in this directory, or something very similar depending on your OS: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\release\avicapture

Hey mate just go and change the screen shot for steam to ( somthing else ) as it is way easyer that way xD

*she
And there was a typo in my reply, sorry
But I think you are right.
However I did delete the videos also, somehow I got the containing folder to directly open cause otherwise I wouldn’t have known where they are…
Anyway you are right and that’s the path.

it isn’t easier. its the global screenshot button for steam and it has been that for a long time.
the easiest solution is for imc to let us change the recording button

@Nami.k @Minttu I still don’t get your problem. Both are easy to change and if you prefer the other one, then go ahead and change the other. It takes less than a minute and you have to do it only once so it’s nothing much developers should bother to “fix” anyways, especially now that most have probably already changed it themselves.

I even bothered to make this cropped screenshot + paint tutorial for you since it’s easier than explaining it with words in case you really can’t find where the key settings are located :

Just simply click the keys you want to change with mouse and then push the button you want to bind it to
