I have played for a week and starting to know everyone is not using their charging skill.
I need to wait an AA arrow bump out for 1-2 second and charging a 15lv multi-shot for 10-15 seconds, that makes me feel worthless in combat.
And the majority is I and all other players have to wait questing npcs respond for years, a crowd standing aside the Blacksmith repairing their items.
I really don’t know what is up with the SEA servers.
It will probably be fixed after the maintenance and hopefully it won’t come back a few days later.
I share the sentiments with the being useless part because my Ice Wall shards always miss on top of the mobs being immune to status ailments. There’s this run I did with 190 DG and it took nearly 50 minutes to finish. The second run I did somehow had no lag and we were able to finish the dungeon in 20 minutes. Third run was laggy and took 40~50 minutes again, enduring all this lag just for talt. 
Just goes to show how boring and crazy it is to be affected by the lag, y’know that feeling of powerlessness.
This is happening in the SA server also. Every maintenance I feel a little more confidence that the problem will never happen again, but it does. It is so sad to play as an Archer class mainly if you are a Fletcher that has no CD in two of the most important skills that help you to grind or kill mobs.
