They give barrier in c1 now?
And restoration actually effects how much your healing skills regen now?
Barrier in c1? What are you talking about? I have a c2 paladin and I don’t see barrier in his skills list. It’s still a c3 skill.
Yeah restoration giving a bonus to heals has been there for quite a while… It basically doubles the heal bonus from INT.
What actually happened is
A. Was popping barrier scrolls in lowbie content and I went full retard.
B. I was using divine might, and thought restoration was increasing healing bonus.
Full retard.
Restoration effects base healing tics as far as I’ve learned not healing amount sadly.
But restoration does increase healing bonus

Except the healing bonus is the same at level 1 restoration or level 15 restoration.
Can you link me to a test/thread because every post i’ve seen or read about say otherwise.

When restoration is activated, you gain a bonus on your heal tiles, and on your Mass Heal.
Heals have %HP, and +INT (and +SPR on mass heal too) bonus. Restoration buff grants you extra value for +INT (and +SPR) part.
