Received random SP potions from market

After maintenance today I’ve found 390 Basic Small SP Potions and 140 Basic SP Potions in my Retrieve box on Market. I’ve never bought or sold any SP potions on Market, so how did that happen?

Characters who already completed the quests will receive the item through the Market’s Retrieve tab.
