Where is this located? im looking for this for almost an hour now 
A bit to your left (I think), there is a lone tree, circle around it, you will find.
If you look by the starway that is behind you (near the NPC), it’s the tree that is by the left.
Hope you can find it. Can’t post screenshots of where it is.
