They’re probably putting them in slowly so that people would buy them and try them out if they like it, then get the newer ones when they’re out if they got bored/tired of what they bought previously.
It’s like what dota 2 hats does, put in a good hero set, release a better one, release something even better, etc.

=A= I was at least hoping for some of the eye lenses. While the school costumes are cute and all, I’m honestly pretty disappointed in what they chose to release and the overall patch this week considering some of the statements on the forum (and I’m usually pretty “hey lighten up on IMC”).
