Really imc reply my support ticket

i send a support ticket 3 day ago untill now they have not yet reply my question

i was asking about server transfer they set a date for us to transfer
but i have some unclear thing need to verify yet they dont reply
what so we do man …

in case any one know the answer pls tell me

will there be a a cash or TP for server transfer in future ?
so is this the only chance to transfer?
is the F2P transfer for founder still there?

cos when we buy the pack they said there will be 1 chance free transfer when F2P to any server for ppl who buy the founder pack but now this free TP is forcing us to transfer to the server they wan us to be

hope i can get the answer be4 the date end -.-!

you really don’t understand the English…I think they wrote very clear…

There will be two kind of transfers
A: Current one, transfer to EU or SEA.
B: Founder pack transfer which transfer to F2P new sever.

So far no payment transfer plan yet.

you only able to transfer to the server they allowed in the given date (24th April)

ya, for the server Klaipeda and Orsha, they say they going to implement server transfer when they going to create a new regional server([EU] Fedimian) and later [SEA] Telsiai, but not regional server able to transfer (e.g Fedimian and Telsiai) since these server are meant to serve player for that region

We still have one more free transfer to offer the founders, which is the transfer provided when the game goes F2P, unless that changed without my knowledge.

The specifics are unclear to me now that we’ve got regional servers, but based on IMC’s claims all four teams are hypothetically able to transfer.

Yes, the items in your storages will move with the team.

Guild leaders won’t have to worry about the fee because we’ll have that reimbursed or waived.

You don’t have to, because it’ll stay in your mailbox no matter which server you’re on. We’re simply moving the team data.
