Read This For Help With Elevators

I was in the Prison earlier and I was using the elevator to go down, from the second floor, to the third floor entrance. If you try using this same elevator to go back up, you’ll always end up falling off during the ride.

Until they can fix the issue, with clipping through the elevator floor and falling to the bottom of the shaft, you’ll need to use a simple strategy I devised. Jump. JUMP. Hop, like a bunny :rabbit:, repeatedly while the elevator goes up and you should stay ahead of the elevator enough that you won’t clip through. It looks silly, but it beats falling on your ass at the bottom of some dark, dank elevator shaft.

It’s in the Ashaq Underground Prison 3F.

Towards the upper-left part.

You have to use it to continue a quest there.

I somehow managed to bug myself up by jumping against the wall while riding the elevator, but it took like 50 tries xD

It’s like the elevator is moving too fast and your character falls through it back down once it gets about a third or half of the way up.

We are aware of some cases of this happening due to lag / connection issues / or doing things that you really shouldn’t do like JUMPING ON THE ELEVATOR :stuck_out_tongue:

Please don’t jump on the elevators since it is really dangerous and you might hurt yourself. :cry:

Jokes aside however, I’ll get this to the dev team. :slight_smile:

It’s really just been an issue with that one elevator in the whole game so far for me (and for everyone else who got there and gave up on that part) and I did try half of the times to keep completely still on it, to no avail. And as I said, the only way I got up there was by doing some miraculous breakdancing moves xD

This is still happening to me. At the same place and the same location too. Does the development team has fixing this issue? Or Should I just abandoned the quest?
