Returning player after 30 days, item from returning player missing like picture show

Bug Description :
after i open box from returning player, and try equiping those event equip and straight away crash. After relog all those item are missing from inventory and only able to see them in repair shop

the same happens to me lost all items exect premium and equip i lost class item card and can´t level up to change tree class

Go to the gear near the lock and mark Show Only Transcended/Unidentified items, it should help you guys for a while

The same thing is going on with my main character. It’s hard to deal with equipment, but you can mark Show Only Transcended/Unidentified Items (just like the other guy said) and most of the items will be back, mainly consumables and such.

just try marking all Show Only Transcended/Unidentified items item can be equiped except those event item cant and still missing from inventory
