RE: Hoplite's Stabbing & Pierce

I just need some clarification regarding Stabbing and Pierce, are they both usable with any weapon? I noticed tosbase has a “required stance” for Hop’s other skills which indicates “Spear + X”, I’m guessing those are applicable weapons?

If anyone could take a quick screen cap for me in-game that would be great.

As weird as stabbing with a mace sounds, yes, you can use it with any weapons.

Oh and by the way, if you use Finestra and switch to a sword for example, you will lose the buff.
