Sorry for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
We’re communicating with Valve since it appears that the servers were affected after Valve’s servers were unstable during the Christmas weekend.
me too, purchased 100tp on SEA server and still don’t get any TP too … 
I’m having the same problem and I bought the bundle last week. I sent 2 support tickets but I didn’t receive any replies 
I’m on NA server
hope you can fix this problem soon
Could you please give me your Team/Character names as well not just your servers?
Also, please remember to submit tickets to the ‘Payment’ category when asking about TP/DLC since that’s the correct category.
