The reason is that this feature is not enabled… it was at first, then they locked it due to some players exploiting some bugs, then they enabled it again, and now it’s been locked again for some months… I don’t think we will see it back until they make an official announcement about it.
TLDR: It’s not you, it doesn’t work.
