Will there still be quest to unlock the rank 8 class master’s and hidden class unlock?

I see. Thanks. On another note, the hidden classes will get more skills and have 45 skill points to invest? Or just 15?
They will be a full class so yes, 45 skill points like all the others. Chaplain will also no longer be a hidden class. Additionally, Hidden classes can only be picked from the 2nd class onwards.
IMC said they’re working on translated notes for the re:build this week so just wait for it, most of the info will be there.
