BTW did you have any good build for now to grind exp, so full PVE for archer ?

You don’t need a specific setup to grind or farm because in the end every day it’s just cm cm cm salus raid.
I’m just lvl 255 right now, but I feel like archer is slow to exp, that’s why I needed this build
Honestly, at that level if you are not familiar with challenge mode and do not have many exp boost, I would say quest yourself to lv330. I know it’s slow, but at least you get to complete maps for exp cards so your alts will have an easier time.
Lv255 is about rank7 if I remember correctly. Go for archer2-QS3-falc2, then go for falcon3 at rank8. This build does a lot of auto attacks, so sacrament and blessing buffs help alot even without good equipments. Stat wise go with 150 dex rest in str.

Why not ranger to get steady aim to replace archer 2?

Yes do that. Not only Steady Aim, but Critical Shot gives you a stack of 5 auto attacks that are 100% critical and triggers a buff that makes all your criticals do 50% more damage.
