I want to be versatile in both pve and pvp. I am not sure if I should take 3 points from aspersion and allocate it to blessing. Also can you move when you are using golden bell? Also i m not sure if resurrection 5 and revive 5 are overkill or not.

The stat is going to be str/dex/con but I am not sure if str is more important than dex as I have no experience with the game.

Max resurrection and revive is pretty much a must for priest, especially going inside dungeons and such.

Monk skill, place a skill point in hand knife for the armor break attribute effect and palm strike for mob control and bleeding effect.

Golden bell shield is a channeling type skill, so yeah you can’t move at all.
