The man dedicating his life to fighting against false claims and exaggerations resorts to the same false claims and exaggerations to win a stupid argument on a message board

iirc, lag can still crash someone(specially in this game), ironically thatās like directly DDOSing a player ingame.

FYI lunar, this is how you concede defeat. No harm in admitting that you were proven wrong. We are all humans we make mistakes.
In this case, I conceded defeat as your friend Alsheyra is more knowledgeable than me in regards to necros. You know NOTHING about hook64, so you canāt debate and expect to win someone who actually goes on the site itself to collect the data.

Nowadays, youāre not being crashed by Hook64. If youāre being crashed, itās for another reason and itās time for you to report a real bug in forums and send a ticket with the information.
What do you prefer? People blaming something else and making it seems worse?
Or dealing with concrete stuff and maybe actually getting the problems fixed?

This totally makes sense. All Iām complaining about is that @ophiuchu takes it and makes it show worse than it is or claim things that arenāt true (such as not using GPU at all, load x fan speed x temperature) etc.
His CPU x GPU point was never CPU x GPU usage. His point was that around the lines of ToS is laggy because it doesnāt uses the GPU to the point of putting it on load and warm up.
Donāt come in trying to make me look bad if youāre reading part of discussion or getting into conclusions without seeing the context.
Like I said, all I want is to make sure weāre talking about concrete things instead of building rumors over rumors that helps nothing in the end but gives more fuel to empty complains.
And if youāre talking about personality. Iād recommend first trying to understand what people are talking around, then see if I have valid points asking/correcting it, then if the person is actually showing if Iām wrong or not, if I am Iāll will accept and thatās it. Iām not the one to not assume Iām wrong, but I wonāt do it if I am not just to make someone feel better. (Example: Iām answering to @DiMeowgio and asking sorry.)
What you really should look when talking about personality is then how some people around here starts picking on me, spamming or trolling more, some of those are purely doing it for the fun of it.
Initial discussion: People are saying affirmatives that you can crash people with Hook64 but the feature no longer exists nor would work anymore if it did. Not a wrong claim. Just look what I told you in the beginning of this post. It turns out to be really not work anymore and then it turns into a pointless discussion.
Let me ask you one thing. Am I really the person you should be wondering about the personality of?
Bug no.5 : In addition to dungeons not resetting/ resetting every two days, now we cant enter the instance after queuing up and successfully automatched. Dungeon enter count is also consumed and you get kicked out to lodge. Auto-match re-enter doesnt work either.
I guess one dungeon reset every 2 days is too much for the game

Well, I consider myself lucky. I did all the event runs earlier and didnāt lose one. At the moment any dungeon attempt is RNG: you might enter or you might get stuck in the loading screen of doom and lose the run.
Lost only one siaulai run so far.
Conspiracy theory : IMC found out that the loss in TP sales revenue from players purchasing exp tomes is too much to handle, so they decided to insert some ābugsā to slow down the leveling

Didnt read everything here but I needed a place to rant about thisā¦
I just dont understand as software developers or software integration people how you can let this keep happening. Its just bug after bug after bug. At my place we keep track of all software fixes that you put in and they go through rigorous integration and test procedures. We usually have a good understanding of the breakage points so they are always tested out. As for TOS, it almost feels like it has to be some of the atrocious spaghetti code in existence for there to be this much breakage even after they should have thoroughly tested it. Like this is mind numbingly almost impossible for you to &!#$ up this badlyā¦ I can understand 1 week or 2 weeks in a row of mistakes. But it feels like this has been going on FOREVERā¦ How are you guys still employed? I would have been fired by the 10th time for putting bug ridden code into the delivery. I want to scream so loudly at these developers and managers for allowing this happen. I do not get it. I simply do not understand how such incompetence can still be allowed to develop and release code. It makes me feel like in their test procedures they have 1 critical path that they testā¦ āCan you log inā¦ā AND THATS IT. They do not check functionality nor do they regression test thisā¦
Please IMC, pleaseā¦ Can you please hire me as a consultant so I can fix this game myself? Better yet, I am sure there at least 20 software engineers here that can fix many of the bugsā¦ Can you just let us help youā¦ I would rather waste 20hrs of my time FIXING this GD game and getting it right then sitting here waiting and wondering for when you guys will eventually fix something and then wondering what else it is that you brokeā¦ Just please DO SOMETHING RIGHT. JUST ONCE DO SOMETHING %$#! RIGHT!
