With these changes coming along with a reset rank, it is said that We won’t need to do the classes’ quests again, but what about the hidden classes, are they gonna obbey the same rule?
For exemple the Miko class, do I need to get all the spirits again? What if I reset a character who already is a Miko, but I just want to change the other classes of the build, do I have to do all again? If yes… But I already got the gohey with that character… Can I get the Gohei once again with the same character?
Oracle3 will get rich due to all those male => female => male changes for miko advancement again.

You don’t need to repeat pre-quest. Just need to do advancement quest again
Be careful with something like chaplain though. I ever tried reset it and it still have option to be chaplain despite not meeting requirements (priest C3)

We already had a Rank Reset once, in the past, and you still needed to do the rank up quests when you picked a job, you were just able to skip past the pre-quests part.
I have no idea if they intend to do it differently when the new changes will hit tho.
Short answer: no, you won’t need to re-collect the orbs/spirit/prayforXhours, but once you talk to the corresponding Master, you’ll be prompted to complete the class up quest, like every other class, it was the same for Shinobis and every other hidden jobs before Miko.
