im not getting any stats/rank reset items from the reset kupole, is there anything wrong or its bugged?
Check the event message. You get fixed rewards every day. Stat reset potion is on day 4. Reset voucher is on day 6. These are the 14 day expirable version. You can get a 30 days expirable version later on (day 12 or 13), but that’s all you get: 2 rank reset vouchers. You don’t get one per day.
