Rank Reset Voucher Problem

Hello,
i gave the Rank Reset Voucher to my Archer, lvl 30, rank 2. Then i used it, and ok, my archer was lvl 30 and classe lvl 1…just 1 and i was hoping that the class was lvl 15 so i can use all the points for rank 1. I’ve waited a little…i relog into the game…and same thing…then, i open the inventory and see a card saying “rank reset” (or something like that), i used it and ok, wow, my class was lvl 15. So i use my points, did the rank change to Ranger, but the class was only 1…and there are no more cards for me to use to put more class points. What can i do to solve this problem?

I am from Brazil. Silute server. Family name: Crownguards.

There should be a EXP Card in your inventory like this one:

But it should be called Rank 2 Card, use it and you will earn your Class Lv 15 for Rank 1.

Yeah, i used it. But i just got 1. I was expecting to receive 2, 1 for the class of rank 1 and the other to class rank 2 =x

you only get class reset exp card is you are class lvl 15 for your same rank.
If you are Archer2 class lvl 10 and you reset yo go archer1ranger1 class lvl 1
if you were archer2 class lvl 15, you would reset and get a card to be arcer1ranger class lvl 15.
